Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our online store.We are here to make sure shopping online with us is as easy and reliable as the existing service we deliver to our existing customers.

PRICING
All of our prices are in GBP Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20%. Childrens clothing ,childrens footwear and Riding hats from size 6.5-6.75 along with horse supplements are all non vated. All prices shown are exclusive of postage costs.
Whilst every effort is made to sustain the prices shown we reserve the right to amend prices and discontinue any item shown.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (except american express) with our secure site from Protx.Your order will only be recieved by us once payment has been accepted.
If you wish to pay by cheque please allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before goods will be despatched.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by post or in store.

POSTAGE
Standard UK Delivery (Usually 2-3 working days) £5.95
Next Day Delivery UK Only £11.95 Orders must be received by 2PM to receive this service.We cannot provide this service at weekends or bank holidays.
Europe £18.00 (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy,Spain, Southern Eire.)Delivery can also be made to New Zealand, Australia and Canada. We use an International Tracked Service.
Please note that Standard and Next Day Delivery require a signature on delivery. Due to a large increase on international postage costs it may apply that we will contact you for additional costs due to the weight of an order. You will be charged the standard £18.00 postage but if your order then requires additional postage cover we will contact you about this so you can decide if you wish to go ahead with the order.These services also exclude Scottish Islands and Channel Islands, please contact us for a cost of this service.

DELIVERY
We aim to provide a quick and reliable service.As we hold stock of goods illustrated our aim is to despatch your order within 24 hours. However under exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for delivery, which we will inform you about either by phone or e-mail.
On recieving delivery of your order if it is damaged in any way you must inform us within 48 hours by phoning 0141 639 3011, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.

RETURNS
Should you wish to return any items to us a full refund will be issued, less postage costs, if the item(s) are unsoiled, in the original packaging and returned within 14 days.Alternatively if you wish to exchange the goods then they must be unsoiled and in original packaging.
Returned goods will not be eligible for a refund or exchange after 14 days in any circumstances.
If returning goods please send a cover letter with your contact details, state the reason you are returning the item(s) and if you wish a refund or exchange.Please register all parcels when sending them back as you are responsible for the returning item(s).
Please note that any personalised or special order items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
In the event of faulty goods being returned to ourselves, it is at our discretion to refund/replace the item. However in some circumstances it is neccesary for us to return the item to the original manufacturer for an evaluation and this may take up to 28 days.

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept/inspect any item unless it is clean and dry.
